Our Services
Our Six Step process
1) Locate it -
Engage with Mining Sector and Traditional Custodians.
Facilitate meaningful discussions with all stakeholders.
Identify mine site contamination affecting the HDPE.
Develop the strategy for removal, ensuring compliance with the Indigenous Land Use Agreement and mine closure plan.
Quantify cost to the Mining Company to decontaminate and remove HDPE from the mine site.
All liabilities for contaminants, including soil, remain on site and with the Mine operators.
2) Decontaminate it -
Cut HDPE (Poly Pipe) to size.
Deliver to the decontamination plant.
Decontaminate the pipes then place directly into on-site shredder.
3) On-site Processed Material -
Processed material is delivered to 40 foot shipping containers for transport, isolating the material from any accidental recontamination.
Transport to our Humpty Doo facility.
4) Process it -
Integrate the end-of-life material into our processing plant.
5) New Life Material -
Measure and laboratory test material for quality assurance confirming material is fit to ship.
Per kilo of recycled HDPE material saves the equivalent of 1.68 kilos of Carbon Dioxide from the atmosphere when compared to the manufacturing of new HDPE.
6) Ship it -
Load onto road freight to utilise back load capacity out of Darwin.
Load into Sea Containers for export.
